If you submit a leave request for more than 14 days, you will receive an e-mail from us with the request whether you want to reserve your sleeping place. If you do not respond to this, this place will automatically be reserved for you and rent deduction will continue. If you do not want to reserve the spot, our support department will contact you about the exact return date.
We want the accommodation to be in good condition for our tenants.

The calculation for his tax benefit arrangement is very difficult. Fortunately we don’t have to do this manually and this is all automated in our software system. The system also checks for the following provisions:
Temporary workers who live in our accommodation can make use of the ET arrangement (extraterritorial scheme).
The ET arrangement is a tax regulation that makes it possible to give employees who live abroad and work in the Netherlands temporarily a tax-free allowance for additional costs incurred because they work temporarily outside their country of origin. This regulation may be applied for a maximum of 5 years within 25 years.
The CAO for temporary workers states that an employment agency can make agreements with a temporary worker to exchange part of the wage for a reimbursement of ET costs (covenant between the tax authorities and the temporary employment sector).

Within Workinn Rental, the ET arrangement is only used for double accommodation costs.
The tenancy agreement ends when your employment contract with us has ended. If you need longer to find other accommodation, you must submit a request for this in advance. You can then continue to live in the accommodation for a maximum of 4 weeks at the same rental price, which must be paid weekly in advance.
If you wish to cancel the lease yourself, you must do so in writing to Workinn Rental with due observance of one week’s notice period.

To return the key we ask you to contact your Jobcoach, facility employee or Workinn Rental support.
The easiest way is to make an appointment yourself, so you know for sure you are able to meet at the agreed time & place to return your key.

You return materials made available in the same condition as you received them and for which you signed (clean, washed and tidied up).
Any claims will be settled with you. This does not affect the possibility of deductions and settlements that can be made from your wages in accordance with the law.
If the materials are made available to you for the performance of the work, a loan agreement will be drawn up. This specifies the type of material involved and the value of this material.
When you leave employment, you must hand in these materials at a Service point. If not returned, the value as determined in the signed loan agreement will be deducted from the wages. In situations where there is no room to make the deduction, the amounts will be transferred to a collection agency and the additional costs will be for your account.

If you decide to move to your own or other housing, you must observe a cancellation period of one week. The termination must be submitted in writing.
