For our housing location, we are looking for a responsible On-Site Housing Manager (24/7 Shift Work).
As a manager, you play a key role in the daily operations of the location. You are the first point of contact for residents and ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized living environment. You combine organizational skills with strong communication abilities and can quickly adapt in a dynamic international setting.
As a Housing Manager, you are responsible for the daily management of the site and supervision of residents.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and registering new and departing residents (check-in/check-out)
- Providing information about house rules and facilities
- Issuing keys and access cards
- Monitoring order, peace, and safety within the building
- Conducting regular inspection rounds on site
- Recording and reporting incidents, malfunctions, and irregularities
- Acting as the point of contact for residents, employment agencies, and suppliers
- Identifying issues and reporting them to the location manager
- Ensuring compliance with house rules
You will work in a 3-shift schedule (morning, evening, and night), ensuring 24/7 supervision on site.
